How Our Flexible EAP Model Works
We’ve reimagined the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) — making it simple, modern, and scalable for any workplace.
How It Works:

Choose how many sessions you’d like to offer staff — usually 3, 4, or 5 per year.

We provide a private booking link for your team to access our network of qualified psychologists.

Your employees book directly — sessions are available online or in-clinic across Australia.

We invoice you only for sessions used, or you can prepay for a set number of sessions.

Once an employee uses their limit, we help them transition to private care via Medicare or private health — at no further cost to your business.
